Automatic Storage Retrieval System (ASRS)

ERP ASRS Integration

KST is equipped with 12 sets of large-scale automatic storage retrieval systems (ASRS). These advanced systems are integrated with an ERP-controlled framework, enabling seamless automation for load placement and retrieval from designated storage locations.

These AS/RS systems play a pivotal role in streamlining various essential processes within our operations. They efficiently handle tasks such as raw material feeding, production feed, mold management, material returns to warehouses, inventory management for finished products, as well as product picking and packaging. All these processes are seamlessly managed by our robust ERP system, ensuring smooth and efficient operations throughout the supply chain.

ASRS Inventory Management

KST’s ASRS system provides accurate real-time monitoring of inventory quantities and lot numbers, ensuring precision in inventory management. It leverages stamping, welding, assembly, packaging, and other manufacturing processes to enhance the efficiency of production and logistics, eliminating redundant internal transportation.

The 12 large automated storage and retrieval systems (ASRS) within our facility accommodate a diverse range of materials, including raw materials, molds, semi-finished products, and finished products. With over 34,000 inventory items, these systems utilize pallets, turnover boxes, and toolbox-type bins for seamless automatic storage management.

ASRS Warehouse Organization
